7-day return or replacement policy

- You received a damaged product
- You received a different or wrong product
- You weren't satisfied with the quality of the product
Note: Please make a video of yourself opening the package as an evidence for your return claim. This helps us avoid fraudulent returns.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime you wish.
Orders cancelled before shipping (i.e. within 48 hours or placing) are eligible for full refund.
Orders cancelled after shipping are eligible for the refund of the order value but may have to bear the shipping costs.
